TRAD Y SEL flower of salt has a melt in the mouth texture and delicate flavour. It should be used as a garnish to let its crystals melt on your tongue. It can accompany festive dishes, fois gras, shellfish, fresh or saltwater fish, meat, as well as even the simplest starters (raw vegetables, sauces) and home-made French fries.
Whereas coarse salt is mainly used for cooking, flower of salt is the final touch which will enhance meat, noble fish or cooked vegetables.
The range for retail sale is available in two versions: a cardboard box of 125g/4.41oz. and a sachet of 500g/17.64oz. The transparent window in the cardboard box enables the product to be seen, and its purity and whiteness to be appreciated.
